We Care About Our Customers

I would like to bring to your attention the superior service that I received from your service technician named Joseph. I had had a stressful day due to construction going on in my community which has recently negatively impacted my life. This construction caused a cable outage and Joseph was sent late in the day to rectify the problem. Upon arriving, he could tell that I was not happy with the situation but assured me that he would fix the problem and sympathized with me over the inconvenience the construction had caused.

Joseph had such a positive attitude, worked hard and resolved the situation in a timely manner. As a representative of Bright House Networks, Joseph is truly an asset who makes his customers feel that the company cares about their customers!
