We Are Where You Are

At Bright House Networks, we are where you are, ready to provide information or help with a service issue. We engage customers on several social media platforms including online forums. Recently, a Florida customer wrote us to share his excellent customer service experience using a technical forum:

I would like to let you know appreciative I am of the excellent service I received from Bright House Networks, specifically the Online Forums Manager BHNTechXpert. After my new service was installed I was having a lot of problems with the internet service and with the TV service as well. I was very frustrated with my installation and spent a couple of days trying to figure out what the issues were. I assumed that the problems were on my end. While searching online for a solution to the problems, I found the Bright House Networks forum on DSLreports.com, I read several responses from the Bright House staff and I was very impressed with the results. I decided to submit a post explaining the problems and within less than five minutes BHNTechXpert was on the phone with me trying to sort out my problem. He immediately understood the issue and went about trying to get it worked out. We made substantial progress right then and there and I was pretty happy. Then he shocked me even more by calling me Saturday morning on his day off to make sure that everything was working correctly. He was determined to make sure it was working to my satisfaction, and had techs come to my home the following Monday to replace  equipment. While they were there they realized that there were a few problems with the original installation and they fixed those problems as well. Everything is working correctly now. I can not possibly express how appreciative I am of the excellent service I received from BHNTechXpert and the repair staff. Thank you for the excellent support!
