I am writing only to recognize your employee, Jose. Jose was very courteous and helpful to me. I was helping a friend move into a new apartment and she had Bright House Networks services installed. Jose arrived at 6 p.m. While there, I told him about a problem I was having with my own Bright House Networks service whereby the remote control was not functioning properly. He offered a solution and even went to his truck and came back with a manual on the remote control.
While I expect this type of service, and strive to do the same for others, often times you don’t get it. Jose gave it and I wanted to recognize him for it.
