  1. I took a couple people out for lunch today, and seen a couple of people that i just had to ask them how their day was going so far. The senior center is also a nice place to put a smile on peoples faces. God is Good.

    • Thanks Christine for sharing and for uplifting others today!

  2. I know seniors who I consider friends, even though they are old enough to be my mom. I find experiencing life with them “grounding”. You see how they are treated and how YOU would like to be treated at that age. My visit with a senior included bingo. I won $50. Yay. Afterwards, it was my treat for the post-bingo snack.

  3. I help veterans

  4. Just the other day I with a group of kida and taught them songs amd dances. Helping them experience the different types of music; including Broadway hits, pop, etc. its an uplifting experience to myself as well as the kids.

  5. Working at a hospital we see a lot of things. Yesterday i saw a man struggling to eat so i went over and helped feed him. We had a conversation about wht happened to him and how he necame crippled. He said that i made him feel special and that i was the only person who took the time to help him.
