“Thank you, Gary, from Bright House! We just had the BEST Bright House Technician in our home. Gary was here to replace some equipment for us. My husband and I are not the most tech savvy people, and have no qualms about asking for assistance. Gary not only answered our questions and addressed our concerns…He went above and beyond and was very helpful. We’ve been customers for several years and were both impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.
In addition to replacing the equipment, he took the time to show us the On Demand free channels which opened a whole new world for us. He was very clear about wanting to share with customers like us the best knowledge of what’s available through Bright House, and to help us know how to actually use it!
As if that wasn’t enough, he took the time to program our remote through the television. How convenient and again, very helpful of him!
Gary is by far one of the best service technicians of any company I’ve come in contact with in a long time. What a great person you have working for you! Please thank Gary again for us.”
