I came into contact with a young lady in your DeLand office named Sheniqua. I was in customer service for more than 15 years and was a manager for over 25 years so based on my experience I can honestly say that she is the nicest, most helpful, professional, and knowledgeable person that I have ever had the good fortune to come into contact with as a customer. I don’t know Sheniqua, and never met her in person, but I would like to thank her for being as nice and helpful as she is when assisting customers. She is a great representative for Bright House Networks and there are not enough adjectives to reflect how terrific she is in her job.
