Your service technician Greg responded to my service call. The issue was a difficult intermittent problem but his patience and concern left behind a satisfied customer. Greg worked very hard and we are very happy with the service. You do not meet people like Greg every day and we feel fortunate he came to our home. His diligence should be recognized.
