I have a TIVO box and could not all the channels to work. I posted my dilemma on a technical forum and a person named BHNtechXpert responded and said he could help. I answered a few questions and before you know it, I was up and running. It’s great that Bright House Networks has thought of having this kind of support online as many people resort to the Internet when they are trying to solve difficult issues. And to find someone so skilled at what he does that he was able to solve a problem with just a few questions answered by me is AMAZING!
