Recently, Mrs. Miller wrote in to let us know about Barry, a technician based in the Winter Haven, Florida area.

Barry asked me what was wrong, listened to me, let me vent, and quickly solved the problem.  Barry was such a nice guy, a gentleman, a pleasure to have in my home.  He is a gem of a person.  Bright House Networks is lucky to have him.
