I apologized to him at the beginning of the call since I knew very little about electronics and wasn’t that fast on my feet at getting up and over to the different equipment since I am also on a heart pump. Jason not only assisted me with my equipment questions, but also gave me, a total stranger to him, a life boost by reminding me that there are some people who are good with equipment and technology, but others were certainly better at other things and everyone has their own talents.
