Share My Story Please!

I would like to tell everyone about my outstanding customer service story regarding Fred and his supervisor Tomeka.  I called and Fred was my Customer Care Agent. He was very pleasant and informed me of each step that he would be doing. What impressed me the most was Fred appeared to enjoy his job! I asked for his supervisor Tomeka and informed her of how happy I was with Fred’s service and knowledge.

In addition, I wanted to share my story with everyone else. Fred solved my concerns in no time. He appears to LOVE his job and is good at what he does. I am a happy Bright House Networks customer.
