NBA Fans: Free Preview of NBA League Pass Starts Monday, 12/26

NBA fans: After fearing all you would get for Christmas is a lump of coal due to the owner/player contract negotiations that went into overtime, you can now get what’s on your wish list because the NBA is coming to town with a stocking full of games.  The NBA officially kicks off the season on Christmas Day with some great games, including a rematch of last year’s final – the Miami Heat vs. the Dallas Mavericks, live on ABC at 2:30p.m. ET.

Plus, starting Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, NBA LEAGUE PASS, the NBA’s subscription package of out-of-market games, will launch the 2011-12 season with an extended two-week free preview on digital cable. Bright House Networks will offer the free preview from Monday, Dec. 26, 2011 through Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012. This year, Bright House Networks customers will not only be granted access to all the games on NBA.com, but for the first time, mobile device authentication will also be included in the package price.

NBA LEAGUE PASS is the ultimate destination for NBA fans to follow their favorite teams from around the league, track fantasy players and follow NBA stats and news. The package provides customers with up to 40 live out-of-market games per week across 10 Standard Digital and High Definition channels.

This season, in addition to the broadband and mobile service, NBA LEAGUE PASS, includes a wealth of creative and free enhancements, including game replays, dual feeds, a mosaic channel, a stats channel and HD games.

Beginning Dec. 25, check here for a complete list of the dozens of NBA LEAGUE PASS games available during the preview.
