Kirk’s Persistence Goes Above and Beyond

I would like to take the time to bring to your attention the customer service of one of your Bright House employees.  His name is Kirk and he works in operations for technical support.

The other day when my Internet went down, by the grace of God I was lucky enough to end up with Kirk as my technician.  He was not only knowledgeable but went above and beyond customer service.  He has been checking my devices for the last week.  He even called me while we were in the midst of a severe storm and had power failure for hours to alert me that he has seen a drop in service.  He has kept on top of this with me throughout the last week or so when this problem had started once again.

As of right now, I believe the problem may be resolved.

Thanks to a young man who was persistent and wanted to get to the root of the problem rather than just do the basics. He is still monitoring my devices to make sure the problem is resolved.  If it were not for Kirk, I would have cancelled (my service) that day.

I took my time out of my busy schedule to write to you about someone who I felt was deserving of this.  My hope is that you will take a minute out of your busy schedule to recognize him for his efforts.  If I felt that he was just doing what he was hired to do, I wouldn’t have even written to you, but I assure you, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty.  Bright House should be very proud to have him as an employee.
