Kind and Helpful Customer Service

I just want to say Thank You So Much to Luis, a Technical Support Representative in the Orlando Area. I had some technical issues with my wireless connection after my modem was changed.  He was extraordinary – kind, helpful, and delivered excellent customer service. I am glad Bright House Networks has employees like Luis.

  1. I just want to thank Tim 21 M. He helped me set up the correct software and even though it took a while, was pleasant, funny, respectful, and excellent at his job. As long as Bright house keeps employees like him, they will keep me as a customer forever!
