Customer Service Helps Keep Up with Technology

Technology changes so fast and at times, it can be hard to keep up with a lot of the changes. Recently, we received a note from Retiree Thomas about his experience:

“At 73 Years of age, technical things just don’t come as easy as they once did. I attempted several times to access my new account on-line and I kept getting rejected. With Parkinson’s, a keyboard is somewhat of a challenge and I know I make a lot of typing errors and have to go over my messages again and again. Well, I just had a great experience with one of your young phone operators who helped by explaining with great patience what the problem seemed to be and how to correct it. He took his time and told me about Pop-up blockers and the effect they have on your system and how to resolve this issue. As a new customer there were services available at Bright House Networks that I would not have known about had he not gone beyond answering my initial question. Thank you and keep up the good work. Thomas – U.S Navy (Retired)”

Susan from Melbourne, Florida had a similar story to share:

“Install Technician Kyle was on time, very personable, and he seemed very efficient and knowledgeable when he was working on my computer. He just kept saying, “No problem, we will get this fixed for you just the way you want it.” I am a senior citizen and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. My daughter was really impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Thank you, Susan”
