Job Well Done!

I called Bright House Networks Customer Care for the first time after four years of being a loyal customer due to a billing concern. My call was answered by Ellen. I was impressed how she managed all my billing concerns. Ellen was very courteous, patient, and I could feel her sincerity in wanting to help me. I feel she deserves to hear about my appreciation for her ! Thank you for your dedication and a job well done!
