I am writing to rave about our experience with Bright House Networks Service Technicians Conrad and Andrei. They showed up right on time as we discussed and worked out in a thunderstorm, in a hot attic, around my children’s games and other things. Never once did they complain, and they only had kind things to say.

I was so impressed with these guys. They were kind, helpful and they were great about being helpful. They took the time to show me how things work and answered all my questions. I just can’t say enough good things about their hard work and great countenance.
