


At Bright House Networks, we are where you are, ready to provide information or help with a service issue. Recently, two of our Florida customers – Ms. K and Maria – wrote us to “share their story” on the excellent customer service they received from Bright House Networks:
Dear Bright House Networks,
I wanted to let you guys know how much I love your company. If there is ever the words “World Class Service” in the dictionary, Bright House Network’s picture should be right next to it.
Not only do you have wonderful products and services, your customer service reps and your technicians are very caring and kind people. You guys are the most lenient and understanding company I’ve ever dealt with. And even though my payments are late, you still treat me as if I’m the very best customer you’ve got.
I remember one time when my cable was about to be disconnected because I didn’t pay the bill. Instead of just shocking me by disconnecting me from the world, you guys treated me like a human being. A polite employee knocked on my door and kindly informed me that he was here to shut off my cable, but if I can pay a minimum amount, he really didn’t need to shut it off at all. So that’s exactly what I did and my cable stayed on and is still on to this day.
Since that day, I was very impressed by how hard you guys work to make all of your customers happy. I love Bright House!!! You guys are what every company should be; a world class, compassionate, and top of the line company!

Dear Bright House Networks,
I have been out of a job since Sept. 2011 and having a difficult time paying my bills. Bright House has been so wonderful working with me and making payment arrangements. I don’t know what I would have done without their help. My mom is totally disabled from a stroke and cable is her only form of entertainment.
Also, the other day my cable was out. I called Bright House and they got someone out that same day. When the tech arrived it was just a loose cable. The tech was so nice and friendly. He went above and beyond not to make me feel bad about it only being a loose cable.
