Hello Again to Great Customer Service

Diane from Florida wrote us to share her second experience with us:

A Bright House Networks technician came out to our house this past Saturday. When he arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find the same friendly, cheerful person we met years ago during a previous service call. Even though I did not remember his name, the Bright House technician remembered us. He listened to our concerns, found the problem, and explained exactly what he did to correct it. Now our Internet and phone service are working better than before. While he was at our home, the Bright House technician exhibited great professionalism and a caring, kindhearted disposition. This shows that Bright House Networks is committed to customer service by having employees like him on their team.
