This is to compliment two of your service representatives. We had some phone trouble so we called your team to fix it. We were fortunate to have a young man named Matthew and another named Chip. They were verrrry tenacious and did not give up until the trouble was repaired. In addition they were friendly, polite and professional. They represented Bright House Networks admirably.
