Have you registered for your My Services account yet? Before I knew what it was all about, I wasn’t in too much of a hurry to sign up. Then some of my fellow team members were chatting about some of the new apps and added features, so I decided to take the plunge and connect my residential account to My Services. Right away, I discovered a whole new world…It’s kind of like having backstage tickets to your favorite concert…an ALL ACCESS type of thing.
Here are the five reasons why a My Services account will make you smile:
1. SERVICE. You can actually see your service appointments and keep tabs on your Bright House equipment (check the status, reset boxes, etc.)
For service, access, connection, sports and information — get your My Services account now. After timing myself, it took about 15 seconds to fill out my name, email address and Bright House Networks account number.
Once you have it all set up, you’ll be smiling from ear to ear. Enjoy your new helper, My Services!
