Today, I had a Bright House support professional named Clayton at the house to help fix my Cable TV. He was on time, pleasant on the phone when calling to ensure directions to my house, and professional and courteous while he fixed my problem.
I thought that Bright House would appreciate hearing that one of their expert support professionals was exceptional. The next time I need cable support from Bright House, I’m asking for Clayton.
