I love music. Whether listening to it on my computer, TV or iPod, it’s always with me. And with the love of music, comes the love of concerts. I don’t get to see nearly enough of the concerts I want to see, but I have found alternative ways to satisfy my concert cravings. One of my favorite ways to watch a concert “in spirit” is to watch Palladia HD. Palladia features all varieties of cool concerts like Foo Fighters: Live at Wembley, Glastonbury Festival, Coachella, Vampire Weekend: Live in Chicago, Kings of Leon, Coldplay and so much more! Even better, I can DVR these concerts and watch them whenever I want!
In addition to Palladia, I watch MTV’s Unplugged, featuring various performances from artists like Phoenix and Silversun Pickups. And who doesn’t like VH1 Storytellers? Not only can I watch some of my favorite artists perform, I can also hear the stories that inspired their music and lyrics.
I’ve found that music-related programming is all around me! I recently watched Pearl Jam 20 on Bright House Networks Movies on Demand. Cameron Crowe did an amazing job with this documentary. I must say, it brought back some wonderful memories of when I used to see them play live in concert.
And for those times when I’m busy doing house work and don’t have time to watch my favorite music shows, I love streaming Pandora using my Road Runner Lightning connection so I can listen through my HD TV. I get great sound quality from my home theater. Life for the music lover doesn’t get much better than this!
If you are a music connoisseur like me, I hope you already know of all the great music programming options available to Bright House Networks customers (including Music Choice). If not, check out your Interactive TV Guide to catch your favorite band’s next concert, all from the comfort of your own home!
What are some of your favorite music shows and concerts you watch?

Palladia has a great concert event coming up: Rush- Time Machine 2011: Live in Cleveland
Saturday, 11/5 at 9pm EST. Definitely worth checking out!
Filmed in Cleveland in April 2011, the “Time Machine” tour was an evening with Rush, where the band performed new songs, classic hits and, for the first time ever, performed the “Moving Pictures” album in its entirety.

Thanks for the concert update, Clark! Enjoy the show!
