@BrightHouseCare Rules!

I want you to know that John and Ian from your @BrightHouseCare Twitter team not only resolved my concern but did it while talking to me on TWITTER! It was by far my favorite and most memorable experience as a Bright House customer. While sitting in a parking lot, I tweeted @BrightHouseCare about my concern. Later on, I see a response from Ian asking to assist me. When I responded back a gentleman named John had taken over. Within minutes of explaining my issue, my concern was resolved! That is true customer service. I work in the hospitality industry at a place where we preach aggressive hospitality and going above and beyond to take care of our guests. They made me feel like I was being treated better than my own team would treat our guests.

Thanks again John and Ian. @BrightHouseCare RULES!!!
