Dear Bright House Networks,
I had a great experience with a customer service agent and the Bright House Networks tech that came to my house today. The agent that I dealt with is on the DSL Reports forum and goes by BHNtechXpert. He was great to deal with as I was able to tell him my problem and he dealt with it quickly by scheduling a call to replace equipment. He was aware of the issue and attentive. It was so helpful having a technical person who can help us technical customers. He is a blessing! The tech arrived at my house on time, was clean and very nice. He really went the extra mile to find the root cause and “fixed it for good.” He checked all my splitters, checked signal strength where needed, checked and re-fitted my OnQ box, made sure cable and Internet were working correctly on all computers wired and wireless, and finally, truly made sure I was happy. He also told me about new services that Bright House Networks is coming out with, which is nice to hear (Alarm and six tuner DVR). This person should be the trainer for any tech that comes to your customers houses, because he was that good.
