When your service technician was connecting the cable under the house, he heard water running. We could not find it at first so he kept looking. He found that a pressure relief value was draining hot water from my hot water tank. I shut off the water at that point and put in a new hot water heater. I had only been back from vacation for two days. I hate to think of what it would have cost for the loss of water and the electric bill with this going on unchecked. Bright House Networks saved me a lot of money because your installer went beyond the call of duty and found this problem for me.
