I just want to say that all the customer service I have had from you over the past few days has been awesome. The staff has been incredibly helpful and patient. One tech agent in particular, Herbie, was very helpful. He remained patient on the phone with me, and helped me with my Internet problems even though the problems weren’t even from Bright House Networks.
I appreciate the patience of your employees and I am very happy with the service I have received.
