All the Ways to Watch the 2014 Sochi Olympics

NBCUniversal’s coverage of the XXII Olympic Winter Games from Sochi, Russia will commence on Thursday, February 6, and run through Sunday, February 23. Bright House Networks TV customers will have access to NBCUniversal’s unprecedented 1,500+ hours of Winter Olympic programming, including every Olympic competition, live and on-demand.

In addition to extensive TV coverage on the networks of NBCUniversal, including NBC, NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), MSNBC, CNBC, and USA Network, our customers can stay connected to the 2014 Olympic Winter Games on their PCs, mobile devices and tablets via NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports Live Extra app.

NBCUniversal’s Olympics Experience Includes:

  • NBCOlympics.com/LiveExtra: NBC Sports Live Extra, the home of Olympic live stream content is available now to customers whose TV service includes CNBC and MSNBC. NBCOlympics.com will feature, for the first time, live streaming coverage of all Winter Games competition, plus event rewinds and extensive video highlights. 
  • Bright House Networks customers can easily verify their subscriptions and watch Olympic coverage live online at no additional charge by using the following the verification process: 1. Go to NBCOlympics.com/LiveExtra 2. Click the red “Sign In” button 3. Select your Bright House Networks as your cable provider 4. Enter your My Services username and password to verify your subscription. (Don’t have one? Sign up for free today – just have your Bright House statement handy.) 5. Once verified, you will be signed in throughout the Games on that device.
  •  Mobile and Tablet Apps: NBCUniversal will offer two apps for mobile and tablet viewing. 1. The NBC Sports Live Extra app will be available to verified Bright House Networks customers and will offer the same live streaming and event replays available via NBCOlympics.com/LiveExtra. 2. The NBC Olympics Highlights and Results app will include short-form highlights, schedules, results, columns and more and will also link to the NBC Sports Live Extra app.
  • On Demand: NBCUniversal is making Olympic highlights and full-event rewinds available On Demand. During the Games, NBCUniversal will offer more than 350 highlight clips and 150 full-length event replays available within 24 hours of an event’s completion, all in HD, available on Primetime on Demand and via NBCOlympics.com.
  • On TV: Our Standard TV customers and above can tune in to over 500 hours of coverage on NBC, NBCSN, CNBC, MSNBC, and USA Network. We’ve made it even easier for our customers who want to watch all of the action on TV by temporarily grouping the NBCUniversal channels airing coverage of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in one easy-to-find location on the channel lineup.
