Above and Beyond – Thanks Alan!

I arrived at my home to find the service technician Alan patiently waiting. He then proceeded to ask questions about my concerns with the Internet/wireless and then went to work. Within minutes Alan figured out what the issue was and corrected it instantly. He then explained what sometimes happens with clarity and assurance. He also proceeded to make sure all my other wireless devices were connected. I thought you should know that it is because of people like him that I will continue to be a loyal Bright House Networks customer. Not only did Alan go out of his way to make sure I understood but through the entire process asked me questions.

Hooray to Bright House Networks for having technicians that go beyond the call of their job to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
